Terms and Conditions:
Responsibilities of the driver trainer;
Agree to provide a vehicle that is registered, road worthy and has full comprehensive insurance.
Abide by the South Australian Driving Instructors Code of Conduct
Agree to provide lessons at the booking time and date. If for any reason this is not possible, she agrees to notify the client ASAP and will either make up for lost time at the end of the lesson, (if convenient for both the client and the trainer) or to add time lost at the next appointment. If Instructor needs to cancel a lesson, she will contact the client as soon as possible.
Provide a respectful, safe, relaxed, inclusive and supportive environment and treat all personal information and documents as private and confidential.
Responsibilities of the client;
Provide a current South Australian learners permit (class C) and your Driving Companion book.
Be on time to commence lesson, determined at the time of booking at the agreed location. Lessons that do not commence on time will not have time extended at the end of the lesson. The client must contact the instructor ASAP if they are going to be late or need to cancel. The instructor will wait a total of 10 minutes for client and will terminate the lesson if client is a no show and has failed to contact instructor.
Not to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or prescription medication that may affect their driving. If the trainer believes you are unfit to drive, they reserve the right to cancel or end the lesson and full payment for the lesson will apply. No refunds will be given.
Not act in an abusive or disrespectful manner towards the trainer or any other road users. Follow instructions given by the trainer and not drive in a dangerous or reckless manner. The trainer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the lesson should any of this occur or the trainer feels unsafe and full lesson fees will apply.
Must wear appropriate closed in shoes. No high heels, thongs or bare feet.
All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the lesson.
